The Cage is an indoor sports training facility in Ham Lake offering both individual and team softball and baseball training. Dedicated to player development, we offer individual instruction by our skilled staff to develop players skills (pitching, hitting, catching and fielding); speed/strength training; a variety of camps/ conditioning clinics; and team or individual rental of tunnels for hitting, pitching or fielding practice.
